My Story

I practiced on myself for 40 plus years and it helped maintain my sanity in the climate of IT, always wanting and pushing for more - nano seconds.

I lived my principles, sometimes figuring out body hacks trying to do it all. Then 5 years of practice in a senior living community for independent and assisted living serving the elderly. 

I had to learn to pick myself up, pull my boots on and keep on working.

This is a place where we offer support on things you can do NOW and for free - with no agenda. If you need specific support, I'll help in which ever way I can.

I realized I could put myself out there and create an online world of encouragement and community. Offering both local and online support to all.

This is something a little different...

Most of us already know what we need besides doctors appointments and rehabilitation. Sometimes we want to go to a place that can bring us back to a positive stance about ourselves. 

I can help you be honest with yourself as well as help with simple movements so you feel like you did something. I'll help you engage in your own personal plan with your own pillars for what success looks like for you.
